Nexia Fulcrum was founded by finance and technology professionals who spent years on the other side of the table — leading ERP programmes and finance transformations for global organisations. We built this firm because we saw too many transformations fail not from a lack of intent, but from a lack of the right experience.
Our team has collectively delivered over 200 ERP and finance transformation programmes across more than 40 countries. We bring that experience to every engagement — not as theory, but as hard-won knowledge of what works and what doesn’t.
